Who runs the work
Three ways to work with us
- 01
Project-based
For a one-off or pilot project with well-defined requirements and deliverables. A complete team at VibeTron runs it from start to finish.
- Best for
- Websites, apps, automations and pilots with a clear scope
- Usually priced as
- Fixed price or milestone billing
- 02
Dedicated team
An extension of your in-house team. We put together the developers, designers, QA engineers and project managers you need, with the equipment and infrastructure to support them.
- Best for
- Ongoing product development and long-running roadmaps
- Usually priced as
- Time and material
- 03
SLA-based
For long-term work with clearly agreed constraints and requirements. On the terms we agree together, we take full responsibility for running the service and meeting the agreed service levels.
- Best for
- Support, maintenance and managed services
- Usually priced as
- A recurring fee tied to the agreed service levels
How you pay
Three ways to pay
01
Fixed price
- How you pay
- One agreed price for an agreed scope and timeline. On agile projects the scope is split into short user stories, each priced by size at the planning session and paid once it's done.
- Best when
- The scope and specifications are reasonably clear
- Changing the scope
- Changes are scoped and priced as additions
- Budget risk for you
- Lowest: you know the price before we start
02
Time and material
- How you pay
- An hourly rate agreed when the contract is signed, for the time actually worked.
- Best when
- Complex projects where the specification and design will keep changing
- Changing the scope
- At any time, as your plans or the market change. Team size can change too.
- Budget risk for you
- Cost follows the work, so you only pay for what's done
03
Milestone billing
- How you pay
- A share of the total project cost, or a sum agreed in advance, each time a milestone is completed.
- Best when
- Long, complex projects with clearly defined phases
- Changing the scope
- Between milestones, by agreement
- Budget risk for you
- Reduced: you pay as each phase is delivered, and progress is easy to follow
